NEAP SIM Unlicall, unlitext expires today
Most of the call and text to all.networks feature of the NEAP SIM Cards distributed to DepEd personnel has expired today, November 27.
"All public school teachers who have received Smart prepaid SIM cards are required to access the PDIS and complete their personal profile on or before 6 October 2021. The PDIS registration shall be the basis for the distribution of the Smart prepaid load credits," said memo.
It is mandatory that every NEAP sim card recipient register their details via www.deped.gov.ph/neap/register.html. Make sure that you fill-up only the forms on the said website to avoid/minimize phishing, identity theft, and other related crimes. Make sure that you are logged on to your @deped.gov.ph email address. The registration forms only accept such accounts. Kindly coordinate with your respective IT officers/ICT coordinators if you still do not have one.
Also, due to the volume of new accounts, please expect an email from the Professional Development Information System (PDIS) or an SMS from DepEdCARE prompting you to reset your PDIS password 30 days or more upon registration. Rest assured that your proper registration via www.deped.gov.ph/neap/register.html will be with us.
As a guide on registering your NEAP-issued SIM card:
1) Register only on the links found on www.deped.gov.ph/neap/register.html.
2) Ensure that you enter the correct details.
3) Make sure that you register the number of the SIM card issued by NEAP only.
4) Follow the prescribed format when entering the details of your NEAP-issued SIM card (format: 09xxxxxxxxx).
Non-compliance to the formatting and other guidelines may further delay the processing of your account.
Also, the NEAP-issued SIM will have a connectivity load called NEAP379. Connectivity credits will be given to those who will participate in NEAP-recognized professional development programs.
