Good day!
Thank you for reaching us and providing your information. Upon checking in our records, you already received your NEAP 379 last October 27, 2021. As of now, we are still waiting for the advise from DepEd for the next loading. The unused data do not expire for the next 1 year from the date of activation.

DepEd in a memo said that sim card recipients must register their sim cards to be eligible for the next top-up.
