Pursuant to the IATF Resolution No. 130-A dated July 29, 2021 placing NCR under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) from August 6 to 20, 2021,
the GSIS Head Office in Pasay City and the branch office in Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City will be closed to the public.
GSIS shall continue to accept claim and loan applications through our online channels, via email or eGSISMO. Dropbox submission is also allowed; however, acknowledgement of documents will be after the ECQ is lifted.
Pension payment for August 2021 shall likewise be credited to old-age and survivorship pensioners during the first week of the month, as usual. Pensioners may schedule their APIR via SMS (text) or email.
All premium remittances and loan payments, including housing loans, due for the month of July 2021 may be settled on or before August 31, 2021 without penalty.
As to collection of rental payments, this shall consider the grace period allowed by the government through prevailing resolutions of the IATF and other designated agencies. Should there be future declarations of ECQ/MECQ that shall again prohibit full operational capacity of our lessees, the same grace period policies shall apply.
