Rules for Payment of Wages on Regular Holidays

Under Labor Advisory No. 23, Series of 2021, the following rules for pay shall apply today,

 December 30, 2021

For employees who did not work - (Basic wage + COLA) x 100%

For employees who worked - (Basic wage + COLA) x 200%

For employees who rendered overtime work - Hourly rate of the basic wage x 200% x 130% x number of hours worked

For employees who worked on a rest day - [(Basic wage + COLA) x 200%] + [30% (Basic wage x 200%)]

For employees who worked overtime on a rest day - Hourly rate of the basic wage x 200% x 130% x 130% x number of hours worked
