House OKs mandatory ROTC for senior high school students
The House of Representatives approved Monday the proposed measure to make enrollment in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps mandatory for Senior High School students.
President Rodrigo Duterte earlier said that he wanted to require military training for senior high school students to “instill patriotism” and “love of country among our youth.”
