To ensure communication on different networks, make sure that the website you are accessing begins with "https".
IMAGE CHECK
Be cautious! Legitimate websites always use high resolution images.
2-STEP VERIFICATION
Activate the 2-step verification function on apps to secure your personal accounts for any online bank transaction.
STRICTLY NO SHARING
Never share with anyone the OTP or One-Time-Password sent to you.
CHECK EMAIL ADDRESS
Check to see if the email you received about unknown transactions is from the legitimate and authorized bank email address.
DIRECT BANKING
Avoid any bank transactions via SMS/text or phone call. Instead, contact the bank directly.
USE YOUR OWN DEVICE
Use personal devices when logging in to different online social platforms to avoid identity theft.
