Updates on the Results-based Performance Management System - Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers for School Year 2021-2022

With reference to DepEd Memorandum (DM) No. 004, s. 2022 or the Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System - Philippine Professional Standards. for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) for School Year 2021-2022, the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development-Human Resource Development Division (BHROD-HRDD) will soon release three (3) orientation videos that will discuss the last set of indicators of the RPMS-PPST.

The said orientation videos shall serve as additional resource materials for DM No. 004, a. 2022 and in aid of the implementation of the RPMS-PPST for SY 2021-2022. Specifically, the videos will provide an in-depth discussion on the 18 RPMS-PPST indicators for SY 2021-2022, the prescribed Means of Verification (MOV) for each indicator, alternative classroom observation, and other frequently asked questions that the field may have on the RPMS-PPST for teachers.

With reference to DepEd Memorandum (DM) No. 004, s. 2022 or the implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System Plulippine Professional Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) for School Year (5Y) 2021-2022, the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development - Human Resource Development Division (BHROD-HRDD) will soon release three (3) orientation videos that will discuss the last set of indicators of the RPMS-PPST.

The said orientation videos shall serve as additional resource material for the abovementioned DM and in aid of the implementation of the RPMS-PPST for SY 2021-2022 Specifically, the videos will provide an in-depth discussion on the 18 RPMS-PPST indicators for SY 2021-2021, the prescribed Means of Verification (MOV) for each indicator, alternative classroom observation, and other frequently asked questions that the field may have on the RPMS-PPST for teachers.

In this regard, please be informed of the following changes in the release date of the RPMS PPST SY 2021-2022 orientation videos as specified in the table below.

Furthermore, all Proficient and Highly Proficient Teachers, whether Regular Teacher or Full time Teacher Broadcaster, shall refer to the distribution of weights per objective as stated below:

Objectives 1 to 18 - 5% per objective (total of 90%)
Objective 19 (Plus Factor) - 10%
Total Weight: 100%

Pending the release of the orientation videos we encourage Schools Division Offices to initiate
