Before the year ends, the Natasha Goulbourn Foundation (NGF) Mind Strong, in support for the Department of Education's Christmas celebration, will be conducting a livestreaming of a Virtual Raffle Draw during the PASKOnsyerto sa DepEd: "Beyond Grateful" on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, from 12:00 NN to 4:00 PM via the DepEd Philippines Facebook Page.
In the spirit of transparency and to ensure that raffle prizes will be distributed evenly to all DepEd Regions, including Central Office and BARMM, the Department of Education is providing the mechanics and procedures of the virtual raffle draw through this advisory.
Below are the virtual raffle draw details and mechanics:
For the Consolation Prizes:

Consolation Prizes: Php 5,000 (4 winners per region, including CO & BARMM)
Mechanics:
1. The Regional Offices, including CO and BARMM will be called in sequence: Regions 1-13, CAR, NCR, CO & BARMM 2. Per RO/CO/BARMM, there will be 4 individual draws which will run per minute per draw.
3. The winners will be drawn using the virtual DepEd Raffle Picker and will be presented during the live event via DepEd Philippines Facebook Page. 4. The list of consolation prize winners will be posted at DepEd Philippines Facebook page, and the same shall be forwarded to the NGF Mind Strong for the claiming of prizes. Note: Consolation Prize winners will no longer be included in the Grand Prize draw.

The same link will be posted at DepEd Philippines Facebook page and will be open for online registration from December 19, 2021, 8:00 AM to December 21, 2021, 11:00 AM only.
Only ONE registration is allowed per employee (using own DepEd email account). Two or more registration of the same name/email address will invalidate the raffle entry.
CASH PRIZES WILL BE REMITTED THROUGH GCASH OR BANK TRANSFER.
