Here's a reply from the DepEd Cares via email regarding the expiry of the DepEd SIM.

Thank you for providing your information. Your DepEd SIM number received the 3rd load last September 29, 2021. According to the memo released by DepEd, teachers who received a DepEd SIM Card will receive connectivity load for 3 months. The unused data do not expire for the next 1 year from the date of activation or first use based on the official Memo released by DepEd. You may check your balance by downloading GigaLife App "Click Usage" or by dialing
